We currently do not offer refunds. However, we do issue exchanges for store credit with the exception of custom items.

You will have 7 days upon delivery confirmation to begin your return for exchange process. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want in a timely manner is to return the item you have, for the new item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with an amicable solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you upon receipt of your returned item. Afterwards, please allow us 3-5 business days to inspect your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be notified when to choose your items and you will then receive new order and shipping confirmation.
